We were staying in the small chalet and it was fantastic. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in the middle of farm land and it was very quiet. The grounds were immaculately kept and we enjoyed seeing the different animals. We were given an excellent breakfast which had everything you could want and more... the pancakes and omelets were delicious and the fresh squeezed orange juice divine. The hotel is in a great location that allows you to easily visit the different highlights of northern Netherlands. The high rating that this hotel has is very well deserved. I would return again a heart beat!

Is that why the house, rooms and owners give you this royal feeling too?

The breakfast was lovely with lots of nice options! Big windows in our room gave us lots of light and good views. Very safe place to park our bikes for the night.

The location is fantastic, this park with many small cabins in the middle of nature - loved it for a weekend getaway! Walking around is very relaxing, right before reaching the park there were some ponies, at the park itself there's also a kids' playground, the sea is just a couple of minutes on foot. The chalet was pretty small, but it had everything we needed for such a short stay, it was clean and warm and also had a small kitchen area with a sink, mini fridge, coffee, and tea machines. Would definitely go back in summer!

Very accommodating, they asked when I wanted breakfast which was very nice in case if I slept in, the owner’s daughter checked me in and was very professional. The room was also very nice with a great view. My first stay in Europe was great due to the hotel.

Bedroom had a huge American fan. Very much appreciated! Free parking in front of the hotel (public parking), local high street and restaurants within a stone throw. Exceptional breakfast given the small space of the building. WIFI was really powerful and fast :-) To sum it all up: Ideal spot for loving couples without kids and business travellers, cool location for bicycle tours around Wieringen, to Den Helder or nice beaches around.
