Our hosts were amazing. We were staying in the small chalet and it was fantastic. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in the middle of farm land and it was very quiet. The grounds were immaculately kept and we enjoyed seeing the different animals. We were given an excellent breakfast which had everything you could want and more... the pancakes and omelets were delicious and the fresh squeezed orange juice divine. The hotel is in a great location that allows you to easily visit the different highlights of northern Netherlands. The high rating that this hotel has is very well deserved. I would return again a heart beat!

La Villa Nieuwland ocupa una mansión de granja clásica con vistas al mar de Frisia situada en el extremo de Noord-Holland. To be in an historic building where the old directors of Rijkswaterstaat were living as 'privileged kings' when supervising the Afsluitdijk works. The idea that the government specially build these high-quality home offices seems today a bit surprising, but makes sense when you consider the Afsluitdijk in that 1930's period as a global showcase of advanced civil engineering. Is that why the house, rooms and owners give you this royal feeling too?

El Baron Crown está situado en Den Helder, a 15 minutos a pie de la playa, y ofrece conexión de wifi gratis. Las habitaciones son elegantes y disponen de zona de estar con TV de pantalla plana. La ubicación parece que está lejos pero es una zona preciosa residencial, rodeada de casas particulares muy bonitas. El desayuno buenísimo completo y extra delicado y buen servido, todo con muy buen gusto. Las habitaciones super limpias y comodas igual que los baños

Set in the naval town of Den Helder, Forest Hotel is across the street from the train station. It features an comfortable accommodation with free Wi-Fi. We loved the location . The breakfast was lovely with lots of nice options! Big windows in our room gave us lots of light and good views. Very safe place to park our bikes for the night.

Este hermoso parque verde junto al mar de Wadden ofrece habitaciones, chalets y casas de vacaciones elegantes. Alberga un restaurante, un parque infantil y un centro de bienestar de pequeña escala. The location is fantastic, this park with many small cabins in the middle of nature - loved it for a weekend getaway! Walking around is very relaxing, right before reaching the park there were some ponies, at the park itself there's also a kids' playground, the sea is just a couple of minutes on foot. The chalet was pretty small, but it had everything we needed for such a short stay, it was clean and warm and also had a small kitchen area with a sink, mini fridge, coffee, and tea machines. Would definitely go back in summer!

El Hotel De Werf se encuentra en Den Helder, a 600 metros del Royal Navymuseum, y ofrece bar y vistas a la ciudad. Ofrece vistas al jardín, terraza y recepción 24 horas. Very accommodating, they asked when I wanted breakfast which was very nice in case if I slept in, the owner’s daughter checked me in and was very professional. The room was also very nice with a great view. My first stay in Europe was great due to the hotel.

Very quaint little hotel, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, all very clean and cozy. Bedroom had a huge American fan. Very much appreciated! Free parking in front of the hotel (public parking), local high street and restaurants within a stone throw. Exceptional breakfast given the small space of the building. WIFI was really powerful and fast :-) To sum it all up: Ideal spot for loving couples without kids and business travellers, cool location for bicycle tours around Wieringen, to Den Helder or nice beaches around.
