If you have plan for exploring unique shops & different cuisines, the main shopping street & the centrum is just at stones throw! Hoorn being a small beautiful city, you could have ample options to explore & use the long summer days very productively as this hotel is so centrally located giving enough of flexibility to reach out to every point of attraction within minutes. I would definitely look forward to come back here in future! Its location is a bonus for every kind of travelers who come to Hoorn.
