The room was incredible, very clean and stylish (which goes for the whole hotel). The staff were lovely. They upgraded us to a studio room so we could have early check-in, which was so very kind.

The location close to Heathrow airport was essential for us and did not disappoint. Our room was very comfortable, clean and updated with plenty of tea and coffee packets for preparing these beverages in room. Sky TV available in our room was great. The location beside the Thames River enhanced our enjoyment of the delicious lunch served on the patio.

The room was very comfortable and the shower luxurious. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the beautiful conservatory restaurant and also enjoyed a walk around the grounds. We had such a lovely one night stay. A real treat.
