This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The service from the entire staff was exceptional. They’re all very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and has more spaces then I realised to just relax. We also had both breakfast and dinner included and the food was exceptional! Overall, we’re both counting down to our next trip to the Dolomites so we can stay here again.

The location was perfect, in a very quiet but central street. If you're planning to catch the Bernina Line train to St. Moritz, it's just a 10-minute walk to the train station. We arrived at a late hour on the first day, but the self check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, cosy, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Our host was incredible during the whole time, even preparing us their varied breakfast earlier on the day we needed to catch the first morning train.

A modern, friendly, clean hotel, fantastic location for buses and skiing. Breakfasts out of this world. Staff friendly and helpful! The owner manager even brought drinks to our bedroom for us.

Rooms at the Steindl's have wooden furnishings and carpeted floors. All come with a flat-screen TV, fan and private bathroom. Wi-Fi in public areas is free. The furnished garden includes a children’s playground. The location, service, cleanliness and room size was excellent; however the breakfast was superb - the best range and presentation I have ever witnessed. Highly recommended.
