Breakfast very good. Staff amazing. My room needed decorating, paint coming off wall, tv and radio wouldn’t work, pillows could have been plumper. The newly refurbished downstairs was fabulous, a big difference from when I stayed before.

Breakfast was fine and we really enjoyed walking around the location with our dog. The staff were very helpful when we had to stay for an extra night because of a ferry cancellation.

The overall historical significance of the Channel Islands...
The overall historical significance of the Channel Islands through the last millennium is fascinating -- the back and forth with France and England. Then, there is the significance of the German Occupation during WW2 with the artifacts that were left that are incredible. The island scenery, with the old, old houses and buildings, as well as the beautiful coastline, make this a very interesting, yet relaxing place to stay. The bus system is very easy to use and cheap with a 7 day pass. If you are looking for an interesting vacation, this is a good place to visit.

St Saviour is a fairly quiet inland part of Guernsey.
St Saviour is a fairly quiet inland part of Guernsey. We wanted a quiet country hotel and this is exactly what we got.
A hire car is necessary easily to visit the numerous attractions on this lovely island.
A particular highlight was the west-facing Cobo where we spent quite a bit of time enjoying the view.
St Peter Port is showing some, perhaps inevitable, signs of recession but is still a most enjoyable visit. We appreciated the ease of car parking for a short time close to the centre.

Loved the landscapes, the beaches, the friendliness of the bus drivers, the walks, the extraordinary accessibility of monuments (walk into a neolithic grave; into St Appolline's chapel); the hedge veg!
Found the bus timetable a little difficult to navigate.

Quite remote but beautiful in its own way.
Quite remote but beautiful in its own way. Well served by a Morrison shop and combined garage, No swimming beach but a wonderful vista that changed dramatically with the tides. A hotel close by for an occasional drink or meal. Good bus service and any journey one cost a pound!

A lovely parish with good facilities.
A lovely parish with good facilities. There is a pretty village nearby with a post office/gift shop, and a Morrison’s supermarket. A lovely bus or car ride will take you to the stunning West coast beaches. The parish church is also worth a visit, as is Auberge du Val hotel/restaurant.

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent four night stay at The Imperial Hotel. The location is perfect - very quiet, with beautiful views of the bay and a bus stop outside. The hotel is smart, clean and very nicely decorated. The restaurant has stunning views and the food was excellent. The staff were helpful and professional. A great stay - we will be back!
Comfortable bed . Room was relatively simple but everything was clean and in good condition.
Good bathroom although the shower didn't have a great deal of power.
Excellent location right on the seafront.
First class breakfast.
Very helpful and decent staff who gave the whole hotel a very welcoming atmosphere.
Everything. The hotel is a delight. It's well run, with lovely friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean, with a great view of the sea. Breakfasts were very good, as were evening meals in the Bistro. The whole hotel is spotless and nicely furnished. Had a great stay.
friendly hotel/pub/restaurant that does a lot of different things well; nice place to stay, excellent dinner, lovely sunny terrace for drinks or even afternoon tea. Rooms are modern and nicely decorated. Wifi in rooms is not viable, need to go to public rooms for that.
We liked everything about this hotel. The rooms are big, bright and comfortable and the view to the sea is amazing.
The food was always of five star quality from the taste to the presentation.
We will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Great location. Sea reached across the road in front of the hotel. Hotel smart and clean with very obliging staff. Bus stop outside the hotel with regular services to St Peters Port and other island locations. You don't really need a car.
The food here was superb and the hotel's best attribute. The room was comfortable, with adequate storage space. The heated pool was lovely for a dip before breakfast.
Staff could not do enough to help, hotel was lovely and clean, bus stop outside where buses took you all over island location and views from hotel were amazing 👏
