Great stay. Nice hotel and good customer service by Jethin . Infact all staffs are really helpful.
Breakfast was very acceptable. Rooms were adequate but decor rather dated and in need of upgrade to create a more modern/inviting appearance.
Stayed here last year for a hockey tournament at Timperley and good enough to come back. Will come back next year.

I only stayed one night to visit Old Trafford.
I only stayed one night to visit Old Trafford. Upon my visit we were extremely welcomed by very friendly hosts. I couldn’t fault the visit, room and amenities was very clean, comfortable, and minimal noise. There is a bar downstairs and overall such a nice atmosphere to drink in. We opted for an English breakfast and it was reasonable for the price and tasty. I did notice a 5* food and health rating. I would definitely book here again if I were to come back to Sale.

Deafening music from function room ruined our stay.
Deafening music from function room ruined our stay. Numerous stairs between entrance/bar/restaurant and rooms. Large room. Comfy bed. Very large bathroom with separate bath and shower. (Room3). No place in shower for toiletries. Bath does not have grab bars. Toilet roll sits on shelf behind toilet- so not in reach.

Excellent walk along the canal path from the accomodation to Sale, takes about ten minutes and here you can find areasonable range of shops and services along with a good selection of cafes and restaurants, Sale is not a place to spend the whole day but is worth having a few hours there before continuing the walk along the canal to Trafford Water Park.

The hotel is about 6 mins drive from Sale, nice handy place to stay. Easy access to Manchester by Tram from Sale. Short drive to Altrincham (recommend for dining and shopping) and very close to National Trust properties Dunham Massey and Quarry Bank Mill
Nice, polite reception. no fuss parking on the property, Owner responded to our queries and accommodated our requirements. Attractive price. Very good as one night stop with free parking. warm room, comfy beds.
Overall meet our needs and expectations - we were visiting Manchester for a concert so we needed somewhere to pop in, get changed after journey (about 250m) and then, after the concert come quietly back to have a good night sleep and be back on our way home in the morning. Quite generous 10.30am check out time.
I got a free update which was lovely and the man on reception was really nice. My new was big, l had free internet access and parking which is great! The bathroom was nice and clean and l could smell bleach in the hallway.
l had the fire escape door in my room, which was great as l could open it and get some fresh air in.
Overall, it’s really cheap so you can’t complain. A few nights stay would be better than 6 nights!
The hotel is dated and could do with decorative touch ups but is clean, tidy.
The bathroom is nice and there is a fridge and a microwave in the room.
Beds are clean and comfortable-always a plus.
Very welcoming receptionist who was informative on the area and showed us to our room.
In an excellent location for where we needed to be and in a lovely area of sale.
The Penthouse is cleverly designed and well appointed. The location was great, moments from Sale - to Manchester tram station, almost on the canal which is lovely to walk along and surrounded by bars, restaurants and other places to eat. could have been noisy was it wasn’t .very effective and responsive heating system.
The hotel was lovely, clean and welcoming. Our room couldn’t be faulted, it was comfortable, clean, quiet and pretty! A great location and we really enjoyed staying here! If we were ever back up in Manchester we would definitely go back to stay here.
Loved the interior and the comfort of everything! It was super homely with really cosy rooms and well looked after kitchen and bathrooms. I highly recommend as this will be my first choice when coming to manchester again.
Such friendly staff! They upgraded my room and were so kind in telling me about the area, where to get food and how to open the door after 11 pm. Quiet neighborhood, close to Manchester Airport.
The apartment was great and newly remodeled. Everything seemed new and very tastefully decorated. It was close to Manchester sirport. Hosts were responsive. The apartment is very secure.
Good location near the Sale metro link and good location for Manchester airport. The stop for the airport bus is very close to the hotel. There were some good pubs and restaurants nearby.
We only stayed for a few ours before a very early morning flight but they was very welcoming and everything else was good. Nicely located for Manchester airport
