The food in the Nelson bar was nice but overpriced. £12.50 for a panini room service or not is excessive. Our room was comfortable and with a nice bathroom but the shower screen leaked all over the floor. The bed was spacious but hte room overheated and pillows very hard, I think that is where they keep the coal!

The room was nice and clean the bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and hot. The breakfast was very good, plenty to eat, and the complimentary coffee,tea, and juice all day is a very welcome addition and much appreciated 👏
