The property was lovely hotel was one of my favourites I’ve been staying in the city over 20 years and I have to say the crown plaza with the queens are my favourite hotels I’ve stayed at the staff were so amazing 5 star service polite nothing was to much from check in to breakfast we were treat like royalty can not recommend this hotel enough

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was a great size with very helpful facilities to make tea and coffee and store your own milk. Very important! The room accommodated dogs and provided a lovely dog bed and bowls.

The corridors were very wide, as I was carrying golf clubs this made moving through much easier than most hotels. The staff were friendly & everything was in good order. It was basic but comfortable that was sufficient for my particular needs. Breakfast was very good.

the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, important point is its very affordable and offered a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch.
