Off street parking was available, and for me it was in a great location. The bed was very comfy and overall very clean.

Very central, easy to find and extremely cheerful and friendly staff. Lots of comfortable chairs in the lobby for meeting and greeting. Adjacent to ‘Ricks Restaurant’ where the food was excellent and reasonably priced.

Around 15 minutes from Bristol city centre and airport, this hotel has free Wi-Fi and spacious rooms. It is conveniently located beside the M5 motorway.

Room and beds are very comfortable and clean. TV worked and shower was super. I guess it’s handy if you’re looking for somewhere off the motorway but if you’re wanting to be close to Bristol it’s quite far out of town (20 mins drive but this is with no traffic) Reception who checked me in was lovely, issue with the room (someone was already in there) but she made this right and issued a comp breakfast which was v appreciated. Breakfast good if you’re an omni but if you’re vegan there isn’t much. Oat milk for cereal & coffee and beans & toast. We asked if possible for hash browns to be made for us which chef kindly accommodated. Nice little hotel and handy for a stop off.

The Washington is a Grade 2 Listed building, less than a mile from Bristol city centre and is a 3-minute walk from Clifton Suspension Bridge, Bristol Museum and Art Gallery.
