Gorgeous setting and decor of rooms and hotel are lovely. Watching boats go past from the patio area was a great way to spend an afternoon.

The apartment was immaculate and well furnished.
I got an upgrade to the two bedroom apartment, but was told if I used the other room I'd have to pay £80 extra, so it's not really an upgrade in my opinion if you cannot have free usage of the apartment.

The accommodation is in a separate annex to the main house where breakfast is served in a lovely period dining room which is fitting with the house.Sharon is welcoming, accomodating and informative.
Accommodation has everything you want for a quiet overnight stay in a countryside setting. Comfortable bed with pillow choices and a good shower.
Continental breakfast options are better than some establishments that charge more for inclusive breakfast. Options for Bread and associated accompaniments are excellent. Good menu options for hot food which was well cooked and presented.
If you have time - follow the woodland trail and arrive down at Lough Erne. Countryside and farm views fabulous including the livestock. Look out for the various bird residents including swallows nesting in the farm yard.

Absolutely loved staying here. Hosts were super friendly, the view was amazing. Loved that we had options to choose from for breakfast. Room was great. Highly recommend the Dog and Duck Pub for dinner. Wish we had more time to explore nearby.

Noel was very informative and even took the time to show us what there was in the town by driving us on a short tour. Loads of places to walk to. We went to Charlie’s bar one night , very friendly. Then another night we had a lovely meal in Franco’s restaurant.
The castle had a great museum and we spent a good few hours in there.
We didn’t have time to go to the gin and vodka distillery or the underground caves and Beleek pottery’s but if Noel will have us stay again we will be back maybe next year.

From start to finish, this is one of the best places we have stayed in Northern Ireland. The room was fantastic, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hotel itself is in a beautiful setting with ample parking and well worth a visit. We had our room upgraded through Booking.com and at a great price, breakfast was great and catered well for gluten free which, sets it apart from many other hotels. It is very close to Enniskillen which has plenty to do but you can also relax at the hotel and the surroundings.
Great stay at really friendly guest house just outside the town of Enniskillen. Very convenient for visiting the local area with a car, such as the Marble Arch caves, the Cuilcagh mountain boardwalk and Florence Court National Trust property. Lovely and peaceful room and nice breakfast. Host was lovely and very welcoming. Nice short walk behind the property down to a lake area. Would definitely stay here again.
The property is one big room. It's very comfortable, spacious, quiet and the views are brilliant. Good quality internet available. Everything we required was there, plus, it's only a fifteen minute walk into the town centre. We both like Enniskillen, so I can see us using this property again. I think there's possibly 3 different units here, but I don't know anything about the other two.
We were blown away by the style, cleanliness and modernity of this house. Well stocked kitchen with every utensil imaginable. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Very responsive host when we had a small issue with hotub. Perfectly quiet and tranquil setting yet just 15 mins from Enniskillen town. The Hotub and Swimspa were a really fantastic addition. Would highly recommend.
The house was amazing like a home away from home with all mod cons, the beds (3 king-size) were so comfortable we never slept as well EVER, in great location only few minutes to town centre Enniskillen is a great place to visit on your next trip the locals are so welcoming and friendly oh and I highly recommend staying at escape ordinary at devinish 10/10
The breakfast was very, very good. Catherine offered a number of options and did exceptionally well delivering my choice. The B&B is in a very quiet and beautiful location overlooking the river. It is close enough to Enniskillen for maybe a 15 minute drive. So all was good.
The setting and location are perfect. Staff are polite and courteous. The food was delicious and plenty of it, very well priced too. I really enjoyed the espresso martini cocktail.
Beautiful comfy bed, room and hotel was spotless. Great shower in the bathroom.
Great little house overlooking the water within walking distance of Enniskillen town centre. Suzanne had kindly left us bread and milk on arrival. It's a tastefully decorated and cosy house with good parking outside.
Stayed here with my boyfriend and the apartment was lovely and so comfortable! The views of the lake were very peaceful and overall it's a beautiful place to stay! We will definitely be back!
location was excellent close to Enniskillen town centre and national trust park for walks, and killyhevlin hotel for meals
