The room renovation was mind blowing. It was so moderinized and looked and felt extremely uoscale. Similar to the hotels in DT toronto that charge you 1500 a night.

Very clean and comfortable room close to the Trans Canada highway. Convenient location
Comfort Inn Levis is located across the river from Quebec City, near Highway 20 (Exit 325). The ferry, which will take guests to the centre of Old Quebec, is located only a few minutes from the hotel....

Beautiful city offering quick access to Old Quebec city via Ferry which was very affordable and excellent way to visit the city daily. It is very hilly, as is old quebec, therefore people with mobility issues will have difficulties. Comfortable walking shoes are a must. Thete is also a lot of one way streets therefore a GPS is highly recommended. There are many sights to see and many restaurants all of walking distance. Overall very great way to visit quebec.

Just after you confirmed my room the motel called me to tell me you made a mistake. I was supposed to have a room in the renovated half of the motel, but they were putting me in the old part.
The room was extremely small & the bathroom and the carpeted floor were disgusting. If you can't be sure to book a renovated room I wouldn't recommend staying at this motel

Cleanliness 4/10, pool 3/10, Hot tub 1/10, towels in pool area 1/10, bet comfort 1/10. Given they were fully booked, the hotel was very overpriced, the hot tub was dangerous only one jet was working, and the electrics of the hot tub exposed to children in a wet pool area.... not safe!

Levis provides a perfect location to not only visit Quebec...
Levis provides a perfect location to not only visit Quebec City but to explore this side of the river. Need to be aware that a great deal of walking hills is required. Some good restaurants but they don't open until 9am and they close at 5 or 6. Many are closed both Monday and Tuesday.
The hotel was relatively quiet. We did not hear the neighbors much. Luckily we had a room behind the hotel where there was no construction. The room was not cleaned every day even though someone came through. The first two days we had left our towels on the racks so they would not be washed, but they were taken away despite the fact the hotel says it’s trying to be more environmentally friendly. The floors were not cleaned. The last day the floor was swept and the room looked nice.
Only 2 pillows and they were flimsy at best, the bed was good . We were across from an office or something and they had the door open and we kept hearing the phone ringing, it did stop by evening but was annoying. I thought our breakfast was included with our booking it was not... Hotel is very clean and the grounds well maintained a lovely sitting area outside with fire pit. They do have a spa pool but must be resererved to use. Hotel is well located just off the autoroute.
We were assigned a room facing a busy street and major highway about 200 meters further from the hotel. Having had a long day, we wanted a 'quiet' room so I asked the staff at the front desk if there was a possibility for a switch to a room not facing the traffic. The staff member was most accommodating and gave us another room facing a quiet parking lot. Room was an upgrade but we were not charged extra, had great night's rest!!!
Complimentary breakfast also nice!
This is our first time in Quebec City. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is very good. The hotel was a bit outdated but very well maintained and clean. The room is so spacious. Location is the best, so many shops with walking distance, grocery store, gas station, and coffee shops. Overall, our experience was pleasant. Definitely, we will be back and stay here again. We're in love with the city!!
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the rooms provide you with everything that you need with cool extras like unlimited free beverages (in room and in lobby) and free breakfast. Location is conveniently right next to the trans Canada highway, so perfect for a rest stop. I brought my dog, and I loved that they had prepped a doggy bed, food and water bowl with added poop bags and treats!
The place looks a bit dated on the outside and in the reception area, but the room we got was actually very nice. Quite spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. It almost seems like outside and the inside of this hotel are of two different worlds.
Great for spending the night while on the road.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful when asked for information about the surroundings and schedules of ferries, taxis, etc.
The staff serving in the breakfast room enjoyed that fact that we attempted to speak French and were very helpful in assuring us that they appreciated our efforts.
It was a clean Hotel and I like the location. It was a bit far from old Quebec. However, there were lots of good choices around to enjoy evening and nights as it was close to many resturants and bars!
Hotel tried to give good Covid breakfast experience which I appreciated.
I felt like staying in a 5 stars hotel, it was very comfortable and worth every penny. We wished we could stay another night
Very clean, welcoming and helpful staff, relaxing hot tub, refreshing indoor pool, tasty and generous breakfast
Spacious room and bathroom. Clean. Silent. Good location (except if you really need to go across the river to Quebec City)
Cochon Dingue restaurant is connected to the hotel and it has excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.
Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Location is very good when most of our time is spent visiting the attractions in Levis.
Breakfast is as expected but they have waffle machine that we enjoyed making the waffles ourselves
We went to stay on our way to Gaspe and decided a stop i Quebec City would be nice. We parked our hotel and walked down the street to the ferry within 5 minutes. Getting back to Gite Kezako was just as simple.
Great room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast. Great location near highway and ferry to Quebec City. Would definitely recommend this hotel
It was clean and comfortable - perfect for someone who is looking to overnight in Quebec City on the road. Definitely meets the requirement of a travelers motel.
