The staffs were accommodating and a good singer too. Thank you for making my birthday stay extra special. Its just that small problem came in the middle of the night for that continuous fire alarm and became slow Internet but overall stay was quiet comfortable. And addition to this was when I left my valuable things in the drawer then I reported it to them to pick it up the next day. Thank you Ibis Hotel.

Kempinski Mall of Emirates is a luxurious hotel. I had the Grand Deluxe room on a higher floor. It was very spacious and well designed, with clearly separated 'living room' and 'bedroom' areas. The view from the room was very nice, although it still overlooks the highway (that's just the location; there's nothing you can do about it).
The staff is warm and welcoming. The concierge service is very good. Ahmed provided amazing food spots.
I stayed during the huge flood, and the hotel still operated normally; that's a huge plus, as many hotels broke down.
Being directly connected to the Mall of Emirates is convenient if you need anything.
Overall, you will feel well taken care of during your stay and it's definitely a hotel to recommend.

Dubai Needs to Evolve

in terms of Indian menu almost nil except few restaurants offering veg
in terms of making Taxi transport more attractive for tourists who come from abroad
in terms of direct connectivity from the airport to all areas, every 20 minutes buses should commence.
the maintenance of the Biggest Fruit and Vegetable Market is not as it has to be - need the municipality to bring change.

We have been going to Dubai for more than 15 years, especially for the sea and the beach. We do this because in spring the weather is perfect, the sea water is warm, the probability that bad weather will spoil your vacation is zero. Dubai is one of the few places where you are not bothered by beach vendors and where you are sure you will find your phone on the deckchair when you come back from the sea. In addition, there are direct flights from Bucharest. For those who go for the first time, the city has many attractions. One of the evenings we go to the Dubai Mall for one, another. Here you can see the famous artesian fountains and take pictures of the Burj Khalifa. For fans of oriental cuisine, you can eat sensationally at Bosporus Turkish Restaurant, on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard.

Apart from the rain and flood disaster, it's a beautiful and luxurious city.
Marina and Palm Beach are magnificent areas. Instead of highlighting the good aspects like everyone else, I'd like to point out what you need to be careful about.
I recommend getting a local SIM card for reliable and fast internet usage. With roaming, you usually get only 4G and unreliable service.
The roads are very wide and complex, and Google Maps directions are insufficient and not explanatory enough.
There's no or weak internet at the airport. Duty-free items are more expensive than in the city. Make sure your phone is fully charged because there are no charging outlets at the airport!
We were visiting on business but looking for a hotel on the beach. It was well appointed with plenty of facilities. We actually liked the location, not that far from the Emirates Mall and the Dubai Marina. It is further from the middle or the airport, but that suited us. We took Taxis to the centre and World Trade Centre which cost about £30 each way. The beach is fantastic and having a tame cat never does any harm. There were a number of restaurants on site and we stayed in a few nights.
Nice, not small apartment in great location. Apartment located in the same building with Mariott hotel and Dubai Marina mall. You can take taxi 7 min or walk around 20-30 minutes to the best Dubai beach JBR. You can walk in the evening around Dubai Marina, subway station DMCC 10 min by walk. There is very nice pool like beach club in the building. We like balcony and bathroom with great view, good bed. Very friendly manager Arshid has accommodated us in the night. Thank you!
I've enjoyed staying at Rove Dubai Marina. It has perfect location in Dubai Marina, close to number of good restaurants, Rove Shuttle bus available for hotel guests for travelling to closest metro station and main points of attraction(i.e. Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, etc.).
The staff was friendly and hospitable - they reacted very promptly to any of my requests. I would like to give special thank to Ahmed for helping with storing my luggage after check out time.
I rarely leave reviews, but The Raffles in Dubai was one of the best hotels out of hundred of 5 stars hotel I've stayed in all over the world. The staff, the hospitality, the entire design of the hotel. Truly amazing.
Honorable mention to Siddhartha at the lobby bar for truly amazing service and level of friendless.
The room service menu is huge and from the 3 times we ordered from different cuisines - Italian to middle-eastern food was delicious.
Location in Dubai right on the beach is a ten! If room is on the best side of the Hotel (there's a building site on one side for the moment) you will be very happy with your room and your stay. Staff is in general wonderful, it is extremely clean and restaurants are overall good. However, if you are looking for a true five-star you might be a bit disappointed, some service problems will occur and a little maintenance is needed here and there.
The location of hotel is perfect for families with small children - peace and quiet next to beach/pool, but close to Dubai Marina walk. The area in front of the pool with option to have breakfast outside is great. The staff is very friendly. We had some water leakage and that can happen. Not just they fixed it right away, the front desk manager surprised us with the gift in the room. We felt very welcomed in the hotel in general.
The best hotel in Dubai Marina!! This is my first time in Dubai and I am so excited for the hotel. Beautiful view on the sea, very clean, delicious breakfast!! very cute employees, always happy to help, and brilliant location. This hotel the heart JBR. I really recommend this place for your vacation. I would like to thank Zarina, which helped me and my mum! Thank youuuu
The staff really do their best all the time to find what you need at the hotel(Ms. June, Mr. Samir, Mr. Malik, Mr. Emarrot, specially thank you. It is central location only drive 15min to Dubai mall and the downtown.
Whole Ras Al Khor creek area was newly built, clean, beautiful encery where you can I find this kind of value with this for the little money like this!
I had a very pleasant stay and will be happy to return. Superior staff, comfortable beds, a delicious breakfast, and great free shuttle service from the hotel to various locations. The hotel is within walking distance of the Metro, providing easy access to Dubai Marina, Downtown, and the airport. The mosque next to the hotel was not disturbing at all.
excellent hotel
very helpful and friendly staff
in reception I would like to thank Mr.Suarish
and Mr.Sadek Ali for supervising of cleaning room
I visited Dubai many times this hotel better than and maybe the best in Al Barsha area and deserve to upgrade to 5 stars hotel
for my next visit Rose Park Hotel Al Barsha will be my first choice
We stayed for a quick 24h stopover in Dubai and the Premier Inn was very conveniently located next to Dubai International Airport. As a bonus, the hotel offers a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to and from the airport - 24h/7! We also very much appreciated the 2 bottles of water in our room - much needed in the 40°C heat.
The hotel is very clean. The staff, especially Kamal Uddin, the ladies who work in the restaurant, housekeeping and Mustafa were all amazing.
The swimming pool is amazing and the location of the hotel is excellent, 8 minutes from JBR, 12 minutes from Dubai Marina Mall and 20 minutes from Downtown Dubai.
Lovely Hotel. Good price as it's quite far away from Dubai marina and downtown area.
But a much better option than a grubby cheap hotel for similar money in town. Did not regret changing hotels. A lovely hotel. Perfect for families and solo travelers. It is very much a multicultural family environment.
In very close proximity to the international airport and also the Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa. Beautiful hotel design and interiors. Service was very quick and very friendly staff. Technology provided in the room being able to manage all lighting and air using an iPad was pretty neat.
Staff is very friendly, especially Amgad(Reception) , hotel in a walking distance to Dubai internet city metro station which is good, close to Mall of emirates, a lot of options with free transfers from hotel to Mall of emirates and Marina mall and some beaches.
Hotel is very nice and beautiful.. Breakfast was too good 😊..It is near to Dubai international airport DXB so very much convenient.Pick up and drop facility also available by Hotel..only one drawback was that currency exchange not available at desk.
Very friendly and attentive staff, Zakir was very kind and the hotel is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Position is also good cause it’s close to the metro and Mall of Emirates and Dubai Marina. Good variety and quality of breakfast
Hotel is close to Dubai international airport, which makes arriving for one's flight in time stress free. It is connected to mall with choice of restaurants. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and overall it is good value for money.
It was good average hotel, nothing special but it got all your needs. It would be one of the great options if you are traveling with family cuz its right next to Dubai international airport
