The property is in the wonderful neighborhood in Treviso. Only 6 min walking distance from the train station . Treviso is only 25 minutes train ride from the Venice and way calmer city with a charm

Housed in a 14th century building at the heart of Venice, Luxury Venetian Rooms is less than 200 metres from Saint Mark's Square and Basilica, and 250 metres from the Ducal Palace. Very nice and helpful staff. Great central location, but it's a very quiet place with canal view.

Breakfast was great and gluten free selection was a nice surprise since we were staying with gluten free child. Would love to stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms are in a up to date condition. The bathroom was spacious. It is in a very good location for visiting Gardaland and the southern part of Lake Garda.

Residenza Veneziana is located in Venice, 450 metres from Basilica San Marco. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The location is great - very central but not terribly busy, self check-in possibility is a relief when flying in later, great breakfast in the room every day, as well as very friendly and helpful staff. Do count on having to walk a little bit from the bus/boat.
