Hotel is clean and welcoming. Close to Venezia Mestre station. Receptionist provided a kettle, cups and milk for these tea drinkers. We only needed a room for one night between journeys and Lugano Torretta provided a comfortable, convenient stay. Included breakfast had good range of choices.

The hotel is situated in a nice and quite urban locality and yet still within a short walking distance to the Train /Bus stations; with a good buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Our room and the place in general was kept impeccable clean.

Hotel was close to public transport and in a quiet residential area. The staff made our stay amazing. The lady on reception from Moldova greet us every day with smile in the morning and on first day let us change the groundfloor room on arrival for room at first floor. The gentleman from Bangladesh saved our nights providing better pillows and both of them were really polite, attentive and friendly. Room cleaned every day with new towels and toiletries. Small fridge available in the room. Coffee machine available at the reception.

The hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. They are always available, and made us understand the way of transportation, etc. I felt that the hotel building was an old residential home with a small garden in front. The location is quite good, near to Venice Mestre Rail station, also Central bus station. Venice is also well connected via bus and the bus stop is in 3-4 minutes walkable distance.

This hotel is a short walk from public transport with connections to Venice’s Piazzale Roma, Marco Polo Airport and Santa Lucia Train Station. Belstay Venezia Mestre include a flat-screen TV.

-Good value for money -Breakfast was fine (not very diverse) -Clean (room tidy up every day) -Shower was really good (personal preference) -My beds mattress hardness was hard and it was perfect for my back, slept really good, other two beds mattresses had medium hardness. -Location could be better but it's not really hotel problem and I personally don't mind walking (about 10-15 minute walk to Bus No.6 that goes to Venice) -Small fridge with drinks in it -Laundry service available!
