Excellent selection for breakfast. Full English plus a variety of pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt etc. really good, although they could have added a few more beans to the full English (literally a couple of teaspoons of beans. Other than that, fab!
Great location for Alton towers. Aldi, Tesco and McDonald’s next door. Food menu was lovely on the evening. Friendly staff.

Conveniently located on a ring road and close to motorways. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially in the bar and restaurant. Rooms are spacious and clean with very good facilities, including numerous USB points. The restaurant, whilst not haute cuisine, offers a reasonably priced and better than average menu. Breakfast is more than adequate.

Perfect for families, friends, business and couples.
Perfect for families, friends, business and couples. So much to do around the area. Local tescos, aldi, halfords, b&m, mc Donald's, Gregg's, and other big named shops. Also there is a retail mall about 10 min drive away. Beautiful area with gorgeous trees and scenery. Local to alton towers and a mile down the road is monkey forest, the uks only place where you can walk amongst 140 monkeys. A must visit!AAnonymous - 6.0Scored 6.0

We came for the potteries but unfortunately didn't book ahead so didn't realise it wasn't open till the Wednesday so missed it. Also couldn't get into Emma Bridgewaters so only did the wedgewood. As previously stated - there was nothing positive in the slightest. However, on reading some other reviews (wish I’d read them before booking) it was reassuring to see similar comments and photographs. As for those people giving it 9/10 and 10/10 reviews are either from the hotel, or being paid to write a totally dishonest review. The place is desperate…and no matter how you try to dress it up - it is not fit for purpose and should be removed from booking.com

My husband chose the holiday.
My husband chose the holiday. I booked the hotel and its location as I was born in Stoke on Trent. It was near to Wedgwood World and other attraction we wanted to visit. The area has changed vastly since I lived there and we relied on a Satnav to get around by car. We stayed for 4 nights. On the last day we visited Trentham gardens shopping centre which was well worth the visit. However, we spent more time there and didn't get to see the gardens which were done by Capability Brown. The swimming pool we used to visit when I was a child was long gone and I would have been interested to visit the gardens. We would stay in this hotel again due to its convenient location.. Stoke on Trent is the 'Potteries'. It's industrial era cam to a close in the 20th century with its coal mines closes, pottery firms moved out and the Shelton steel works closed down. I haven't lived there for over 50 years and it was good to come back to see the town is still thriving. I did not visit the Stadium or Regent Theatre. I did visit Moorcroft and Middleton potteries. We would have visited Gladstone pottery but it was closed.AAnonymous

Carpets in the room were very stained and the bathroom had areas that needed some TLC. Rubbish view but the hotel is on an industrial park next to the football stadium so couldn’t expect more. Breakfast was ok.. nothing to shout home about. Eggs were off the menu today which was a shame. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable but bed base had some dodgy stains! Stoke overall was a horrible place and would never return!

In a quiet though run-down looking street, it's a convenient 10-*minute walk from the Stoke rail station, and about the same time to a couple of supermarkets. The flat is upstairs in an old building, but it has been refurbished to a generally good standard... not 'flash' but cosy and homely. We'd readily stay here again if ever back in Stoke-on-Trent.

From entering the hotel the staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. We had breakfast served to the table, not buffet style and was cooked and presented really well. Small car park in front of the hotel, had no trouble parking. Train station directly opposite with plenty of taxi's available. Big spacious bedroom with modern ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
