Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. The staff. Every single one of them. Bianca, you are a treasure! Was happy to see you every morning at breakfast. The SPA. Only this is worth coming for. The mountain, the view. Great italian Restaurant across the big parking lot and the river.

Great hotel overall. Excellent restaurant: the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. The service is outstanding: Krasi - the head waiter - made our dining experience unforgettable with his caring attitude with attention to detail, constant but unintrusive presence and great humor within the boundaries of good taste. We arrived late on the first day of our stay and asked to have our dinner served in the room. 15 minutes later we had a 4-course top-quality dinner menu served in our suite personally by Krasi and his apprentice. Great facilities for kids. We are definitely coming back next year and for longer.

This time we were in an apartment and it was spacious. The staff was really friendly. The wellness was really good again.
