Located in a very convenient area of Hanoi with local food and cafes around every corner, it's hidden inside a little alley that protects you from the street noise. My room was clean and neat. Daisy herself was communicative and helpful, and made sure to take very good care of the guests.

The owner is very friendly and can help booking tickets (but only because I asked, she didn't "push" it). Whatever you ask, she will try to help. It was very conveniet booking a ticket through her as someone came to pick me up from the hotel (as the alley is not accesible to cars).
