Simple things like condiments, bathroom basics and logs for the fire - all really useful things. We liked the isolated location and the log fire as well. It's basically a studio bungalow, for want of a better description - so perfect for a couple.

The property is central to Castlepollard and has all amenities nearby. The house was equipped with all electrics and was very clean. The hosts were very friendly when in contact and there was tea, coffee and food left out——it was very hospitable. I would highly recommend it.

They’ve managed the rare feat of creating a space which is comfortable and stylish at the same time; great for families or people who appreciate a curated collection of special finds well-integrated into the design of the loft. The hosts are warm, inviting, lively, discreet, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. The farm is wonderful and Clonmellon is the perfect village to have right nearby. We couldn’t recommend a site more highly for a relaxing stay.
