The cottages are beautiful, like show homes. Such a comfortable home and plenty of space. The grounds themselves are remote and in need of maintenance, all explained multiple times during booking. You would need a car but they're located just 10-15mins outside Tralee town centre, it was perfect for our trip. Beautiful views of the coastline and backdrop of the mountains, the views here are out of this world. Less than 20mins to drive to Banna bay, such a gorgeous beach. At the property Orla provided tea, coffee, milk, orange juice and bread. The welcome basket with treats was a lovely touch. The welcome email pre arrival was very well explained, how to access the property, check-in and check-out info, WiFi provided and Orla is a very responsive host, should you have questions during your stay. Can't wait to return and highly recommend it.

For this night on our trip we were trying to decide between this home which had a bit more privacy, and a guesthouse that had breakfast provided. We opted for this place and it is excellent. The home is very well kept and was better than expected. It is right outside of town and very private. We loved it and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The rooms were so clean and the extra bits like shower gel, hair spray, face cloths with towels ,coffee pods & basket of goodies. We felt right at home 🏡. Rachel was on the end of the phone if we needed anything. Location was ideal and so much to do around.

The Cottage was beautiful and perfect spot to spend a couple of nights with my spouse. The grounds were immaculate would love to see it when all the flowers are in full bloom. Our host Myra went out of her way to make us comfortable we arrived later than expected only to find a wonderful bottle of wine and some lovely baked goods set out for us on the kitchen table. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Just a short trip into the quaint little town of Tralee.

Featuring a Thai restaurant and tearooms, the Kells Bay House is set on 40 acres of unique gardens with subtropical plants. Overlooking Dingle Bay, the Palm Gardens offer direct access to a Blue Flag beach. The location is amazing. We were able to walk down to the beach the evening we arrived, and before leaving the next day enjoyed the nature trails. I can't imagine how they must look in another season. The Thai food was excellent in the restaurant as well.

A beautiful home away from home. Well equipped, great views, very clean, comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay after previous nights spent in hotels.
