Villa Nikitas queda aproximadamente a 4,2 km de Teatro Markideio y ofrece alojamiento con vista a la ciudad, un jardín y balcón. It was a very comfortable house with all the necessary things (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, lots of cutlery, dishes, etc.) We felt like we were in our own house The apartment has 4 bedrooms each with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms (one with bath and shower and the other with With shower In addition to the bedroom there is a large living room with three sofas connected to a large kitchen from which there is access to the terrace and the small garden.  On the upper floor, an extra bed on the balcony. You can close the windows and create an additional sleeping space and we are very happy. An ideal place for a quiet and active holiday, very wonderful. And the owner took care of us all the time I recommend it wholeheartedly and we will return there again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Cyprus. The property itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. The area is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding, yet still close enough to restaurants, beaches, and local attractions when we wanted to explore. Everything we needed was provided, and the villa was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The host is very helpful, attentive, and made the whole experience seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommended and we’d definitely love to return!

Amazing stay, the villa was gorgeous and the pool was amazing. Highly recommend. There was a bus stop at the end of the road to get into Paphos and a parking spot at the house for a car making is very accessible. Great location and highly recommend Harmony restaurant at the end of the road. Great food and great service.

The villa is part of a cozy complex. It is close to the pool and close to the beach. The owner is amazing and very helpful. The property was clean when we arrived and exactly like on the photos. It is well maintained and has everything you need on a vacation. We would love to visit the propery again.

We were a group of 12, we took two villas and we loved the privacy and heated pool. We will be back as its great for families.

The owner was incredibly kind and always helpful; Even before our arrival, we got an answer to every question we had- whether it was regarding the villa or even things to recommend generally. The villa was extremely clean inside and outside. When we first arrived, we received a large pizza for all six of us, and the fridge was full of useful things to start our vacation. We were a group of six and enjoyed our time there a lot!! Thank you!!
