This house has amazing view, even from the swimming pool. Everything was in a good shape and they have thought all the details to make me comfortable. It felt like a real home. They were very reachable and helped me with all my questions/requests very rapidly and even before I arrived there. You guys deserve the best grade!

Location is unreal! I have stayed in Kalkan/Kalamar a few times before and having the direct sea access makes all the difference - the sea is the best I have ever swam in, Amazing location and easy to walk to town (takes 40 minutes and you have to go early to beat the heat!). The hut is set up amazingly for BBQs at home so you don't have to go out every night to a restaurant). The patio is cleaned every morning and we were given a fresh loaf of bread every morning which was such a lovely touch.

It is a beautiful location, and the villa has all the comforts. It is fully equipped as presented by the owner. Everything is impeccable, from linen, cleaning, kitchen utensils and the host is very welcoming. A 5-minute walk away, there is a Migros store and also there, every Thursday, it is a clothes and food market. The furniture and electrical appliances are new and the rooms, are equipped with very powerful air conditioners, both for heating and for cooling.

Firstly the location is amazing. Just a few minutes from town and 1in from marina. Great amount of space modern well equipped facilities, good outdoor space and nice pool with stunning seaviews.

Location: historical village close to Kalkan (appx. 15 min drive). Quiet place. The villa is very comfortable, superb clean and modern, there is everything you may need during your holiday! Levent and his family are very nice people, it was a pleasure to meet them! Hope we will be back next year!

The villa looks even better in person! Me and my family stayed there for a week and we loved it! It has everything that we needed to feel comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were really comfortable and big. We caught perfect weather, a bit too hot, so the temperature of the pool was perfect for us to cool down after a long day at the beach! Our host Erdem was very welcoming, very helpful and always available, thank you for that! :) The lighting of the house in the evening made a very comfy setting for our dinners outside on the veranda !
