It is a lovely big, clean house, furnished with good taste. Katy, the host, was more than helpful and gave us lots of local tips and was timely in all communications. The location is perfect and less than five minutes on foot to the entrance of Rotterdam Central Station. The area has a nice tranquility about it, even though it is central, and amenities close by are fantastic with a supermarket, a nice restaurant and a beautiful small pub, all within a 60 second walk from the front door. This said, it was very quiet in the house and people in Rotterdam, in general, are very laid back so there is no danger of not getting a good night's sleep no matter what time you go to bed or wake up. Like many traditional Dutch houses, the stairs are steep. Absolutely not an issue if you are able for stairs, but one to note if you have mobility restrictions.

We adored the Koetshuys! Amazing design and fantastic antiques, like staying in a museum. Where else can you have your own castle ruin to explore? The apartment was amazing, great bed, kitchen and shower. We particularly loved meeting the lady of the Manor House! Hope all goes well with her 2 grand piano recital coming up! You are an inspiration to us. It was one of those places you want to keep to yourself…. But if you’ve found it now, go book and enjoy!

This is an excellent home from home! Angelique has made a beautiful bespoke small house out of the coach house. They both gave an excellent welcome. They have really thought about attention to detail which made you feel comfortable. We used the sofa bed downstairs and asked for the beds upstairs to be separate all of them were very comfortable. The walk into town is very quick, you can be in the town square in 10 minuets. I would throughly recommend this as a place to stay.

It's hard to find suitable accommodation when you're travelling with a young child. I prefer to have accommodation with a separate living area and a bedroom with a door, so I don't have to go to bed at the same time as my child. This place exceeded my expectations. It's private (no worry about disturbing people with a crying child), has parking on premises (great if you have to carry lots of luggage), I was allowed a visitor to join me while my child was asleep, and the hosts are absolutely lovely. There was a small issue with the internet connection and even though I said it didn't matter they went above and beyond to fix it. The house is modern, clean and comfortable. The shower is great and the beds were so comfortable. And there were loads of extras like a coffee machine (with real beans!), tea, shower gel, towels and even a slice of cake to welcome us. Exceeded my expectations and I definitely will be back if the house is available when we're visiting The Netherlands again. Thanks so much Cora and family!

The rest in this house was wonderful! Our company consisted of three person. Everyone felt very comfortable. Two cozy bedrooms with large beds. Beautiful house, in the middle of nature. Amazing terrace with a gorgeous sunset. Lovely bedrooms. Amazing living space with well equipped kitchen, large round dining table, and a beautiful living area with gorgeous furniture. A true gem. Highly recommended.

Very nice hosts. A bit small, you don't want to spend time inside. But, if weather permits, maybe you can profit from the garden? Unfortunately it was cold and rainy so we don't know.
