We stayed for 5 nights , it was our favorite accommodation in sri lanka. Pradeep and his staff were fantastic, super attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.....even got some sri lanka cooking tips. Definitely recommended. Everything was emaculate, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. The location could not be better, walking distance from lovely restaurants, beach, shops. 100%recommend Kaas Villas .

Fantastic Villa with beautiful and comfortable and clean rooms and garden. The owner gave us the best hospitality on our vaccation. He Arranged tuk tuks and made reservations to the best lankesic restaurant in town. The place had everything, a big fantastic pool for the kids, after surf close to the fantastic beach. A well equiped kitchen, easy to make breakfast. A quite and calm, private place where we could relax and spend our time in the best place in the south of sri lanka.

House was amazing, everything necessary was there, pool was amazing!location was good not too far away from the centre. Owner was nice and madam and her husband who where the hosts were lovely and helpfull! Place is better then expected!

Cute place, perfect for couples. Very central in Hiriketiya but still in a quiet location with privacy and a great view. The team was very accommodating, friendly owner, comfortable bed - I would book again immediately.

Really lovely little villa. Very clean throughout. Everything was new and working. The bed was comfortable. Lots of space and comfortable seating inside and nice shady seating area outside. Less than 10 mins walk to the beach. The owner was very helpful and communication was easy.
