A gorgeous single level red house split into 2 apartments with the owners living on one side and us on the other. Spacious, modern and clean, we enjoyed staying there. We also had a convenient parking space next to the house. The owners were charming hosts and extremely caring, enquiring throughout the week if we needed anything. They were kind to leave us some essentials in the kitchen and even invited us over for coffee. It's situated between Milan and Lake Como so easy to reach either by car. There is not much in terms of shops in the local town of Besnate, however, 5 mins away you have the town of Gallarate with lots of stores.

    Beautiful house with private interior courtyard in a stunning Italian lakefront village. The two rooms are separate and one included a master bathroom (bathroom within the room) and the other had a balcony with extra sleeping beds and a TV (great for the kids). The kitchen on the ground floor was well equipped and had direct access to a private courtyard. Overall we would like to stay here again, and also see the town in a warmer season (original visit was winter).
