In fact there is everything to be liked. We were warmly welcomed by the host of the marvellous bungalow Joseph Rodrigues. The bungalow had all the necessary arrangements. Perfectly clean and also a beautiful surrounding. It was a pleasure to the eyes of the beholder. The caretaker Rohit was very quick and efficient. Very humble & was helpful in every way. Ideally located, very good surroundings, place of serenity, close proximity to the zalor beach ⛱️ & restaurants. It was a great pleasure to stay at the Villa & we were delighted by the hospitality. I would sincerely recommend people to visit the awesome hospitality of the very humble host Joseph Rodrigues.

I liked everything in this property and felt like living in my own house even cleaner and comfortable than my own house. My friends were also surprisingly happy to see the cleaning and amenities. This is a two story duplex style house with two bedrooms, one living/family room, three full baths and a very spacious kitchen well equipped with almost everything needed. There’s a large community pool for swimming fun. It’s very close about 200 mtrs to the Benaulim Beach in south Goa and about 6kms to Madgaon Railway Station. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying at this property. My friends and I would definitely like to stay here again. Special thanks to the manager Belinda and the owner Arlene for making our stay in Goa so memorable by sharing this immaculate property with us for very reasonable charges.

The villa was fantastic lots of room, and very clean. We were met by Arlene the manager on arrival, we were early so she happily stored our bags until the villa had been cleaned. Arlene kept in contact throughout our stay advising of cleaning etc and helping with taxi bookings. Everything we needed was in the villa and Arlene spent a lot of time explaining how everything worked - washing machine, hot water etc. Arlene was very responsive to our requests. Villa is 5 mins max to beach and a 15 minute walk into Benaulim crossroads, where there is supermarkets coffee houses etc. Would highly recommend
