Great communication from the host who was really helpful throughout our stay. Easy access to the property with the key left in the door. There is a lovely outside area with stunning views and a great space for outdoor dining. Great location for us and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a local Beach Club. Also within easy access (5 min drive) from a decent supermarket and a great bakery. All in all, a lovely stay.

We were lucky to book this beautiful house during its first year on Booking, and it exceeded all our expectations. The home is spotless, stylish, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the charming harbor of Piso Livadi, with its lovely tavernas and crystal-clear beaches. The hostess was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the magic of Paros. Highly recommended!

It was an incredible place to stay, Loannis and his wife were superb Host. From the minute we arrived with my brother they made us feel at home with even home baked pastries. Very attentive to all we needed during our stay and in our departure. This place is a must if you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay with a stunning view and caring host. Everything about the villa was fantastic. The pictures don't do it justice! Very comfortable and beautiful villa, plenty of space. Gorgeous terrace and pool. All the adults and kids loved it. Short walk into the village which has a lovely little beach, with nice cafes, bars and restaurants. Not too busy. Yannis was so welcoming, and was there for anything we needed. We will definitely be back!

    We have stayed at Villa San Dimitrio several times. We know the island very well and the villa is located in the perfect place for us. The villa owners are always extremely helpful and friendly.

    What a phantastic place! The villa ist very spacious, spotless clean, well equipped and placed in the middle of a wonderful garden. Even thought the house is situated close to the beach and various restaurants, it's quiet and peaceful there. The host Manolis was very friendly and helpful, he even provided free fruits and beverages upon our arrival. There is nothing we didn't like about the place. Highly recommended.
