Excellent location with stunning views 360 degrees in all sides. House is made of stone, beautiful furniture and finishing much nicer than a hotel. This is a beautiful home not a hotel. Best place you will stay in. So highly recommended. Staff and service are wonderful too.

Besides the amazing house, the attention to architectural details, the magnificent garden, the cleanliness, and the lovely hosts, I was really surprised by the exceptional quality of the bed linen, the pillows, and the towels. The view from our apartment was breathtaking!

I liked that it was about about 200m out of the town as it was extremely peaceful and quiet. It had a lovely outdoor space to relax when I didn't always want to go to the beach. The facilities were fantastic, a fridge that had a freezer about it, a cooker/oven, grill and hobs. Very clean and well looked after. The owner was super lovely, brought me grapes, homemade muffins and dessert. I 100% recommend this place and will stay here again.

We came and stayed for 2 nights as family. It is very clean, you have everything you need for a comfortable stay in the house. Just across the beach. Location is amazing. Very close to shops and restaurants and beach. Has a nice terrace to enjoy your breakfasts at home. Airco works very well. All kitchen supplies are available. Owner is very responsive and helpful. No issue finding a parking place close by.

Villa Notia was exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. Its a spacious old house in the village of Eretria, renovated and decorated with great taste. The small patio with the large table is an excellent place for a meal and for relaxing. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms makes it convenient for a larger group. We didnt use the living room as it was summer, but it also looked very comfortable.
