Perfect stay! Big house with 4 bedrooms. Nice big garden with a swimingpool to cool down and a barbecue. 20 minutes ride to the city centre of Yerevan by taxi. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they respond always quickly. We would definitly recommend the house for big families qnd groups

The facilities were filthy. Bedding wasn't changed, no towels. We went to 2 rooms & they were both unfit for human accommodation. A shout out goes to Raj, though, because he managed to organise a reimbursement for most of my up-front payment. Terrible experience!

we had dinner and breakfast included In the price. we could choose from the list which kind of dishes we want. it was very good and delícious. restaurant was very Nice. the House was 15 min by walk from ski resort/ lift.
