At the hotel every room comes with a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and a patio with pool view. Generally quiet, even next to the highway. We were greeted by the owner's two teenage sons. Clearly managers in training. The kitchen beside the pool was well equipped for our breakfast of cold cereal. There is a hot plate and BBQ which we did not try out. Both beds were pushed against the walls. We were able to move the double bed away from the wall and use the side chair so both sides of the bed could have a bedside table of sorts. Towels are thick, soft.and absorbant. Shower is slow to heat but then warm.

The property has 5 spaces inside that depend on who comes first, first come first served. Only 1 car per villa. In addition, we have 5 spaces available for parking outside the hotel. A very nice place to relax at after a day of adventure.

The property is non-smoking and is located 300 metres from Tamarindo Beach. The property is small set in a garden with trees and flowers. The room had a shady porch outside with seating. The property had loaner umbrellas which i thought a nice touch, since we are in the rainy season. I was given the WhatsApp for Emanuel should i need anything, and he was able to book me a shuttle to San Jose on my last day. Paula the housekeeper and the gardener, whose name i forgot, were accommodating. Everyone made me feel at home. Downtown and the beach are easy walking distances from the hotel.

Each room has a private bathroom with hot water, cable TV, Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, refrigerator and a private terrace overlooking the garden. The owner was very kind and helpful. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery. The room is very well equipped, clean. We felt comfortable and at ease. The pools were clean and well-maintained. Very close to the beach, grocery or soda.
