All rooms were fully refurbished in 2012 and feature bright en suite bathrooms with a hairdryer, wooden heated floors and a flat-screen TV in the living area. We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. From the service, facilities, to the location and cleanliness, everything was top notch! We especially appreciated the common room, where we could eat food we brought ourselves and drink a glass of a nice wine, courtesy of the hotel itself. Such a nice extra touch!

Perfect location – close to all the facilities at the same time peaceful and quiet. Building looks modest from the outside but gains on closer acquaintance. Very good layout, lift to the garage and garage itself is a great value especially on a snowy day. Apartment was very well equipped and comfortable and, most of, all perfectly clean. Very good communication with the host - clear information on the apartment, accessories, how to collect keys and ect. it was very helpful. Last but not least - welcoming wine - much appreciated! I will definitely consider Parsennresidenz when I am next in Davos.
