We liked the room and the property! It's close to the old centre and all main attractions of Genova, all reachable by foot. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good (wide selection of sweet and savory delicacies). We parked the car in the garage of Coin store, just across the street (20 € ler night), which is very convenient (but it has a bit narrow entrance/exit, so not very suitable for bigger cars). Good value for the money!

It was all that we needed, close to the train station and town centre - clean room with air con, clean toilet with a warm shower, and great breakfast :) what else do you need on your stay!? I especially liked that the room and the hotel was not carpeted, I never understood if and how that can be cleaned :)

    The Bellevue Hotel is a good clean budget hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, good location and an adequate breakfast. It pays to remember that this isn't an expensive hotel as it's a bit dated with a very old lift, but I found that just adds to the character of the place. There are clean towels and bedding and the room has air conditioning, there is a roof terrace and another one on the first floor with lovely views over the city.
