The location was amazing, right next to the lake and close to shops, restaurants and bars. The staff were a delight, lots of young people wanting to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. They loved our dog and made us all feel very welcome. The hotel is older, but has a great atmosphere. We loved the setting of the chalets in the large garden with lots of shade and greenery. The staff were all very professional, the owner gave us recommendation on the best route for sightseeing Verona. It's true that it's about 20 minutes bus ride from Verona, but we managed fine. Would stay there again.

    It is not a a tourist location, so you have restaurants with Italian price level. Thursday market is extremely large and a must-see, directly outside of hotel. Parking garage with elevator fits also larger cars. Nice city center. Quiet, air conditioning, dishwasher and much more. We definitely will return when staying in this area
