I got this property for a price I was happy with. My friends were staying at the much more expensive resort a short two minute walk away. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Staff booked my taxi for my early morning flight. Do book your taxi the night before if you need an early start to airport, there was a shortage of taxis that morning, but for me, I was fine because of the early booking the night before.

Overlooking Tumon Bay, The Bayview Hotel offers rooms with a private balcony and lovely bay and city views. It features an outdoor pool, a fitness centre and a restaurant.

My family had a wonderful experience. The check in process was easy. It's important to inform the staff about time of arrival. Also I texted and emailed before hand and the staff were responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again

I loved how equipped and complete the room was. A full kitchen, two bedrooms and baths. It was a beautiful place, with a beautiful view, on a beach. Garage parking.

The property is located in a good area and fenced off to keep away unwanted visitors. Rooms were kept clean and surpassed my expectations. The owner has a taxi service, so you will not have to go far if you want to travel somewhere.
