Lovely clean room with a very comfy bed, even had cappuccino sachets and tunnocks tea cakes. The young lady on reception (I think her name was Sharon) was very friendly and made us feel so welcome from the minute you walked through the door. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Oban. Very nice breakfast in the morning and nice to relax in front of the fire with a Gin & Tonic in the evening. The free parking at the back was great. First class.

Nice cosy room with all the necessary equipment. Really friendly and helpful staff! As I like Whisky i had a blast in the hotels own whisky bar and Jon was a great host with a vast knowledge about the whisky as well some stories around it so will absolutely come back!

The staff were excellent and very friendly. I had a small problem with the first room when I first arrived and the reception staff dealt with it fast by giving me another room. Maggie and Dominique in the dinner and breakfast lounge were great. Reception staff were lovely thanks.
