Everything. This is exactly what all hotels should aspire to - probably our favourite hotel in the world. Staff are all perfect - helpful but not over bearing - hard when not talking your first language, the rooms are classy without being pretentious, the food and beer are top rate. We first stayed here 'by accident' in 2006 and needed to come back to confirm what we thought then. Oh - and the town is pretty good as well.

The Hotel Brixen enjoys a quiet location in a residential area of Havlickuv Brod, a 10-minute walk from the historical centre. It features en-suite rooms. Rich buffet breakfast is served daily.

Kind and welcoming staff, great breakfast, quiet location. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but the big whirlpool bath in my room was excellent - and I would happily stay there again.
