The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable. The decoration style is unique and the details show good taste. The service is top-notch. The staff always smile and provide me with help warmly and considerately. The hotel has a very high cost performance and is worth more than its price. Our stay in Hygge hotel was amazing. We stayed for 5 days, the room was big with an incredible view. The breakfast was so good, you can try chongquin popular noodles or dumpling soop. But if you want some bread or toast you can tell the staff beforehand and they will make it fresh for you. Most of the staff cant speak english but they are always eager to help, and nothing that a translate app cant solve. The area has lots of restaurants and tea shops. There are two subway lines nearby. Rebeca (hotel staff) speaks english and helped us during the 5days trip, and she also recommeded a whole itinerary with details of each place. She is amazing ! Special thanks to her. If we come back to chongquin, we would stay here again for sure.

Every aspect of the stay. Room was very comfortable, spacious and fully furnished (inc. body lotion, good quality coffee and tea, higher-end amenities etc.) Scott, Rebecca and her team were extremely helpful, diligent and kind. The services and care offered by the hotel and its staff throughout the stay did enrich my general experience of, and trip in Chongqing. Can only recommend to others and wont miss to choose this hotel or another Wuyu of the group for/if any futur trip in the city comes by.

The staff were willing to help us with anything I asked for. I arrived at the hotel very late at night but it was still easy to reach out to the staff. The metros are within walking distance. They also have a laundry service free of charge. The breakfast was good, there was traditional Chinese food, sandwiches, and fruit. The room was clean and comfy. If you don't like crowded areas I really recommend this place. During my stay it was a Chinese holiday. the staff also gave us snacks. That was lovely.

Location of hotel is excellent coz it’s right next to the exit of Metro People Hall. Services provided by the staff shock me as they provide laundry services to me and it’s FREE. I’ve never experienced before. Thumb up to all the hotel’s staff.

We arrived very late but the staff were still very helpful. The room was large and clean. The hotel is near the river and it is quite green outside. A nice atmosphere in quality hotel. Foreigners are accepted and looked after.

Smack in the centre of Chongqing and a 10 minute walk to the metro. The hotel was exceptional. Big and spacious room, very clean and comfortable bedding and shower. A short walk to the city centre and the gastronomic delights of Chongqing. Really good value for money.
