1. Very good location with a little outlet just adjacent (in a fuel station with good service), Migros Supermarket, KFC and McDonald's for daily needs and food. 2. As usual in the IBIS chain, this hotel too is a good one with clean rooms. 3. So nice to have interconnected balconies for our rooms, it was very convenient.

Tschiertschen is a magical place, and Alpina Resort is the place to stay if anyone wants to explore this area. The hotel is strategically located, offers stunning views of the village, and provides skiers and snowboarders with the ski to door option. The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.

I was extremely surprised to find a coffee machine and a kettle in just a room with a shared bath. The lady who runs this place was very friendly and provided rich breakfast for a moderate price even when I was the only guest who requested it.

The Hotel Hohe Promenade, family-run since 1947, enjoys a slightly elevated location on a central yet tranquil spot in Arosa. It offers a sauna, fine cuisine and wines, and free WiFi.

The staff is exceptionally excellent. It was one of my best stays in a hotel so far. I would recommend everyone this hotel over others by far. I felt like at home.

This hotel is tall: nice and helpful people at reception, large, quiet and very clean rooms with amazing views to mountains, very good beds and balcony, a rich breakfast and very good meals in the restaurant, which has a beautiful terrasse. The hotel is situated centrally in Flims, by bus - price included- we were in a few minutes to the lake. Thank you a lot for everything!
