Their hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The quality of service was top-notch, and everything was well-organized and professional. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The facilities were excellent, offering a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere. We also booked a massage, which was amazing and perfect for recovery after a long day of exploring. The therapists were skilled, and the overall experience was very relaxing. The restaurant was decent, though not particularly outstanding. The food selection was a bit limited, but it wasn’t bad—just nothing extraordinary. Overall, Enso Retreat Hoi An is a great place to unwind, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with excellent service and facilities. Would definitely recommend it!
