If you are looking at this review, don’t hesitate and just book this resort! Everyone here was so incredibly friendly and helpful at every time of the day/night, especially the receptionists Phuong and Khuyen. They really were one of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever met! They helped us so much in every situation and made sure our stay was perfect. In the beginning we were not sure if we want to stay here because it was a bit out of town, but actually that makes this resort even better. At night it's very quiet and calm and they have free shuttles running many times a day to the beach and the ancient town. Thank you so so much for this amazing stay, if we come back to Hoi An we will 100% come back here!

If tou want to visit some place nearby, you cal take a bike for free. The staff was super helpfull and nice! I really reccomend to choose this place. When i am in Hoi An once again, i will choose this hotel

The staff are super kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Trang that went above and beyond to help us change our flight. They also upgraded us to a suite. I’d rate 100/10 for the staff if I could, definitely the best hotel staff I’ve met, they were super helpful and friendly. Katy was my favorite, she was professional and smiley and we felt really comfortable talking to her during our stay. The cleaning staff was amazing as well.
