Totally recommended.

Great value for money in the heart of the Old Quarter! Dinh Lee and his staff are fabulous, polite and were able to fulfil our every request. Dinh Lee organised our itinerary for two weeks in North Vietnam including Ha Giang Loop tour, Sa Pa, Halong Bay Cruise and all the transfers in between and I had no worries everything was seamless! Dinh Lee had a good read on what level of cost and luxury his guests are seeking from there requests and provides suitable options for tours and transfers accordingly.

It is quite literally one street away from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and walking distance to almost every possible tourist destination spots within Hanoi Old Quarter. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything were in order. More importantly, the bed in my executive suite, was extra large and fitted 1x 175cm tall young lady and 1x 183cm tall and really big sized man comfortably. Hotel staffs were even better. They were polite, remembered our names, greeted us every morning the moment we walked out of the lift and before heading out for our day, greeted us when we returned after a long day, and would bring out chairs and even water for us whenever we were just chilling outside the hotel's porch. We asked if we could have our rooms next to each other, and unfortunately, there were no deluxe rooms that were next to each other, and they upgraded one of our rooms to an executive suite, just so that we were staying on the same floor. All in all, L' Signature Hotel and Spa definitely hit it out of the park, exceeded my expectations, and made my stay at Hanoi a very comfortable and memorable one.

Everyone was so warm, friendly, and helpful, and they made a special effort to engage with our little one, which meant a lot to us. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful details throughout. The facilities were excellent, from the relaxing common areas to the well-maintained amenities. It really felt like a home away from home. Location-wise, Jacosmo is in a great spot – convenient to explore the city but still peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. A big thank you to the entire Jacosmo team for making our trip to Hanoi so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
