And the first time I was here was the same as this time - warm, welcoming, helpful, amazing staff. Treat you like your family, and like it's their home. I don't give perfect ratings (just about ever), but this hotel deserves it. Bit far outside of center, but worth it if you want a hotel (by a lake), friendly and efficient and affordable staff, but most of all - everything at once, in the right amounts, with the right level of East/West/World friendliness and efficiency. Cannot rate them high enough.
