Makram, the Assistant Manager, demonstrated outstanding dedication and professionalism. His efforts in helping us navigate logistical challenges were delivered with a reassuring smile and a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless. Souhail, the Head of Reception, stood out for his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach. His commitment to meeting all guest needs significantly elevated our overall experience, making us feel both valued and cared for. Rahma, the Public Relations representative, showed extraordinary support and kindness. Her prompt and efficient follow-ups on our requests further enhanced our satisfaction and contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their team, including Bilal, Wafa, Eman, Donia, Hakim, Motasim, Qousai, Jalal, Chadi, and Ibrahim, delivered an extraordinary dining experience. The quality and quantity of the food served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were exceptional, on par with a 7-star hotel standard. Their attentiveness and commitment to excellence made each meal a delightful highlight of our day. Special thanks to Chef Najeeb, who treated us like family and ensured all our dining requests were met with the utmost care. His personal attention and dedication made our meals not just delicious but also heartwarming. Additionally, the waiter Jalal deserves specific recognition for his friendly demeanor and sense of humor. His professionalism and efficient way of ensuring our table was always available made our dining experiences feel personal and very homely. The front office reception staff, Hadi and Hadeel, were exceptionally supportive, providing all necessary paperwork and assistance with meticulous follow-up.

Dotato di spiaggia privata, 2 piscine all'aperto e night club, questo lussuoso resort vanta un'ottima posizione sul Mar Mediterraneo, a soli 26 km dall'Aeroporto Internazionale di Monastir. Iberostar Selection Diar El Andalous is located on the Mediterranean coast in Sousse. Was very nice surprised by the hospitality and friendly attitute of the staff. Want to thank especcially to Mr.Imet who took care of me from the check-in till the end of my stay. Special thanks also to Mrs.Rehma who took care of my room and was always very positive. The food was tasty and different. The staff in the restaurant was also very friendly and helpfull. I can fully recommend this hotel.

A 2,4 km da Bou Jaafar, a Sousse, Joli appartement coquet propone alloggi con aria condizionata e WiFi gratuito. We loved everything! Host is amazing. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Felt like home. Its very well equipped beds are comfortable. Area is perfect 👌 everything close by.

We loved Tunisia and the apartment was excellent!!!! Ylies was ever so helpfull. We are totally apreciated. The apt is spacious, moderm, clean, safe, and 120m from the beach with crystal blue waters. 100% a good choice. Shopping is also pleasant and easy with a walking distance super market and coffe shops. Even going out at night was few minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Big Bravo.

All of the staff were a credit to the hotel! They were efficient, welcoming and second to none. The facilities were lovely and the food and drinks were extremely reasonably priced.
