Set at 1,770 metres above sea level in the very centre of Kopaonik, the modern and comfortable Hotel Grand Kopaonik offers amazing views of Kopaonik National Park, just steps away from the main ski... We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is easily one of the best in Kopaonik—a large, well-equipped complex in a great central location, right next to the ski slopes. We received the Easter special package, which turned out to be great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. The meal service was also well organized, with food constantly being refilled and no long lines. The kids' playroom was a big hit, and the daily activities for children were a great way to keep them entertained—and give parents a bit of a break. The holiday brunch was a lovely touch, and the outdoor pool with warm water was especially enjoyable. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel, which was another plus. The massage service was incredible. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Definitely would recommend for families with children.

Grey Hotel Kopaonik cuenta con un salón compartido, terraza, un restaurante y bar en Kopaonik. Great location, good size room and very nicely decorated. The staff were super helpful, friendly and professional. Food was of a high standard and very tastey. The view from the main restaurant/lobby bar was probably the best in the the area, especially sunset. Loved the fact the staff made an effort to help some small cute stray puppies. We will definitely stay again

Veoma ljubazno osoblje na recepciji, u kafiću i restoranu. Iako smo kasnili na večeru chef je odlučio da nas čeka sa večerom umjesto lunch paketa. Nažalost nismo imali vremena koristiti bazen i spa, razlog više za ponovnu posjetu 😁

In fact I can't find proper words to describe our satisfaction with the overall service and hospitality. The hotel offers everything for a fantastic holiday! The staff is great and always ready to assist and make your stay unforgettable. The facilities are the best and well-maintained. All the food we were served was super delicious and abundant. The location is dream-like, right next to the slopes and deep in the pine forest. We will surely visit you again 😊

El Putnik, situado a 1.650 metros de altitud en el parque nacional de Kopaonik, se encuentra a 15 minutos a pie del centro de la localidad y de los remontes. This hotel is ideal if you're looking to relax and take a break from city life. We visited in low season, so definitely that also has it's effect, we prefer travelling when it's not overcrowded. The staff was wonderful and pleasant from the front desk to everyone else. Kudos to them for keeping their positive energy and being kind. The pool and spa was super clean which I also liked and appreciated. The pool isn't too deep, it's just 1,4m which we found perfect for some relaxing swimming and the ideal length to do some circles. I loved the breakfast and dinner options as the food varied everyday and we had "homemade options" which I really appreciated having fresh salads, soups, several dishes and options for everyone's taste. The room looked as in the picture and it had an amazing view. Definitely coming back to this location.

We traveled with a small child and a baby and requested a crib, which was provided without any problems. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa, the pool, and the restaurants, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The surrounding nature is breathtaking with spectacular views that made every moment special. We highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience.
