The room are unexpectedly clean and was a 11/10. Had a great stay over the weekend with my friends. Both room booked and it's in clean condition. Toilet is superb with both equipped shower and bathtub. The designs are unique and the staff are quite accommodating and friendly. It's worth it's value for such a short stay over at Ritz. Never a disappointing stay.

Breakfast is excellent, with a variety of food that I would have never imagined for such a remote location Get your own sim card for the internet and you won't have problems. Otherwise, consider you're in the middle of nowhere and enjoy the peace and the nature rather than worrying about social media :) The whole staff is super, and the shuttle bus to the airport and to the national park is a bit advantage. There is a mini market close to the hotel, but, if you want to have something more to eat than peanuts and chips, go to a supermarket before getting to Mulu

El Bunga Raya Island Resort & Spa ofrece villas amplias con balcón privado frente a la costa de Borneo, en la isla de Gaya. El complejo cuenta con una piscina al aire libre y 3 sitios para comer. Very beautiful location. Everything is in very good shape. There is a lot of stuff to do in the resort even with bad weather pool, ping pong, some table games. And for outdoor some hiking, snorkeling , swimming. The food was excellent (the best we had in our trip to Malaysia) There is a lot of fauna too which was very magical. Monitor lizards, hornbills, monkeys and more. But the best of all is the staff. Everyone was incredibly gentle and always ready to make the guest feel taken care of.

Reception was easy. The rooms were so clean. The view of the sea is amazing. The location is very central. Breakfast is to die for! If you ever get a chance to stay with this hotel, do so. Its luxury at its best.

Set amidst a nature reserve overlooking the South China Sea, Shangri-La Rasa Ria, Kota Kinabalu features relaxing stays in elegantly furnished guest rooms. The breakfasts were the best we've had on our travels- huge buffet selection plus an a la carte selection. Evening meals were also excellent at Oceano restaurant. The staff were outstanding- super helpful

Check in was seem less but the distance from the lobby to the room is quite a distance but the concierge will help you to carry your bags. The room was big and perfect and all amenities was provided as well. The breakfast was nice and multiple choice of foods and drinks. We had to travel to Sibu so we didn't have time to see all the amenities.

The Magellan Sutera Resort is large property popular with families, groups, and couples. Staff were professional and very helpful. The rooms (ours was sea view, king) are spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and very popular with children, and there is a small beach to access the sea. There are several restaurants to choose from with very good food options. The breakfast buffet (included) was tasty, varied and plentiful. The view from the open-air breakfast area was truly tropical.
