WOW. First of all, the owners/managers and staff are so friendly and welcoming. When you drive into the hotel grounds it is like arriving in some kind of garden of Eden. They have beautifully landscaped the grounds so it’s full of a diversity of native plants and birds, even better than the botanic gardens in many ways! If I had been there longer I would have enjoyed using the fantastic gym facilities and free yoga classes. I had one of the Mountain View rooms with a private pool and it was incredible. One of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. It was large with a spacious terrace. Gorgeous outdoor shower. They left body oil and scrub which was a really nice touch. There was a really nice shared pool area too which was never busy. I really enjoyed sitting after dinner next to the fire pit and reading my book. The sky was clear with a great view of the stars and at dusk you could see all the fruit bats flying over. The view bar was really good, great cocktails and lots of free snacks brought round! And of course a great view. I drove down to Le Morne beach which was gorgeous and had some good snorkeling right off it. Much quieter than other beaches I visited further up the coast. I went to the geo park and waterfall which were lovely. With more time and some cooler temperatures I would have liked to have explored some of the hiking around. Amazing place I will recommend to friends and family, I hope to get the chance to go back.

En la playa si haces snorkel puedes ver tortugas. A un 1km del hotel hay un pequeño restaurante con precios más económicos que en el resort.

Ocean Legend - Tamarina Beach está situado en Tamarin, a 3.5 km de Tamarina Golf Course y a 23 km de Domaine Les Pailles, y cuenta con hospedaje climatizado, patio y WiFi gratis. Great location!! It is very secluded and quiet with a direct access to the beach. There is also a private pool. The host was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely going back:))

Ofreciendo vistas a la montaña, Villa Sartelo ofrece hospedaje con un balcón y cafetera, y se ubica aproximadamente a 1.8 km de Tamarin Beach. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Mauritius. From the start, the hosts were incredibly kind and attentive — they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and even helped us book activities during our stay, which made everything so much easier. The villa itself was spacious, well-organized, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi in the evenings. The housekeeper was also excellent and kept everything in great condition throughout our stay. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home — from the flowers placed everywhere, to the delicious bread and chocolate that were kindly provided. The 4G phone they gave us was especially helpful for those in our group without local internet, allowing us to stay connected through hotspotting. Overall, it was a lovely home hosted by truly lovely people. Thank you for sharing it with us.
