Desde el primer momento, cada miembro del equipo destacó por su amabilidad y disposición para ayudar en todo lo necesario. Mi marido estuvo enfermo durante nuestra estancia, y no puedo expresar con palabras lo agradecidos que estamos por cómo todo el personal se volcó para que no nos faltara nada. Fueron más allá en todo momento, demostrando una calidez y humanidad excepcionales. El buffet también fue maravilloso, con una gran variedad de opciones y una calidad excelente. Sin duda, el mejor hotel en el que hemos estado en Sri Lanka.

The eco-friendly Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa - Thema Collection sits on the sandy shores of Passekudah Bay on the east coast of Sri Lanka. La ubicación es excelente, la piscina preciosa y la playa espectacular. A quien le gusten las playas con chiringuitos y mucho ambiente esta no es su playa, pero nosotros buscábamos relax y playas paradisíacas y para eso es ideal. El personal es muy amable y atento, siempre está pendiente de todo. El chef de diez, mi mujer es celiaca y cada día el chef le adaptaba el menú, y siempre era exquisito. Realmente fue una gran experiencia.

El Uga Bay - Pasikuda está situado en 1ª línea de playa, a pocos metros de las playas vírgenes de la bahía de Pasikudha, y ofrece habitaciones bien equipadas, piscina al aire libre grande y conexión... It was clean, well maintained and the service was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The chef cooked new styles of curries for us everyday. The beach is very clean and beautiful.

No solo son increíbles las habitaciones, también lo es su comida (desayuno/almuerzo/cena), su personal y las instalaciones. Además, está a pie de playa y tiene varias ‘amenities’ en la estancia. Volveremos sin duda.

Todo el personal del hotel está muy atento a cualquier necesidad que tengas como cliente. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y muy cómodas.

Just an absolute tropical dream. The hotel is very beautiful and feels very relaxed to be in. The spaces are thoughtful and there are lots of places to lounge and relax so you feel like you are on a private retreat even with other guests. Our favourite part was the loungers under big beautiful native trees on the beach. They are tucked under trees but right on the water so you can swim in the ocean and then lay in the shade and drink mango juice 👌 their spot on the beach is also more peaceful and secluded than some of the other resorts. The staff were very generous and kind! We are vegan and their chef catered easily for us. They also just made the most heavenly dishes - their buffets (breakfast and dinner) are 10/10 the food was so good. We can't rate it high enough - it was a surprise favourite stop for us on our trip! Very peaceful and just what we needed.

The room was spacious, clean, and the views were stunning. The peaceful, calm atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The food was another highlight! Every meal we had was delicious, but the seafood was especially exceptional—fresh and full of flavor. It’s clear that the kitchen takes great pride in its offerings. One of the best features of this eco-resort is the private beach. It’s a serene spot to enjoy the natural beauty of Sri Lanka without the crowds. The entire experience felt truly special, and we would highly recommend Giman Free to anyone looking for a luxurious yet eco-friendly retreat. It's hands down the best eco-resort in Sri Lanka! El Riviera Resort está en Batticaloa y ofrece piscina al aire libre y restaurante. Además, este resort tiene conexión WiFi gratuita. I liked everything! My stay was superb.. I would stay longer only that I had pre-reserver another place.. The room is clean, had it's private patio, desk, private bathroom. AC worked perfectly. There is a mosquito net over the bed and mosquito net covering the bathroom window. The property is very well mentioned and staff are all so awesome. Special thanks to Ms. Jayanthy in the reception team who was so responsive to my messages. Breakfast included was delicious too. The swimming pool is nice and refreshing, lots of greenery and the restaurant is lakefront, serving delicious food and the staff are so attentive too.. The location is also few kilometers from town, yet a walking distance from Kallady Beach where you can see the fishermen and watch the sunset, small shops around if you need to buy water.. And if you happen to stay Saturday or Sunday, there is the bridge market.. Overall, an amazing stay. 100% would repeat it and stay longer. Thank you :)
