Las instalaciones eran magníficas, pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue el servicio y la atención insuperable de todo el staff. Desde el primer momento, cada miembro del equipo destacó por su amabilidad y disposición para ayudar en todo lo necesario. Mi marido estuvo enfermo durante nuestra estancia, y no puedo expresar con palabras lo agradecidos que estamos por cómo todo el personal se volcó para que no nos faltara nada. Fueron más allá en todo momento, demostrando una calidez y humanidad excepcionales. El buffet también fue maravilloso, con una gran variedad de opciones y una calidad excelente. Sin duda, el mejor hotel en el que hemos estado en Sri Lanka.

The eco-friendly Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa - Thema Collection sits on the sandy shores of Passekudah Bay on the east coast of Sri Lanka. La ubicación es excelente, la piscina preciosa y la playa espectacular. A quien le gusten las playas con chiringuitos y mucho ambiente esta no es su playa, pero nosotros buscábamos relax y playas paradisíacas y para eso es ideal. El personal es muy amable y atento, siempre está pendiente de todo. El chef de diez, mi mujer es celiaca y cada día el chef le adaptaba el menú, y siempre era exquisito. Realmente fue una gran experiencia.

El Uga Bay está situado en 1ª línea de playa, a pocos metros de las playas vírgenes de la bahía de Pasikudha, y ofrece habitaciones bien equipadas, pileta al aire libre grande y conexión de wifi... Definitely an expensive luxury experience but a wonderful one. Everything was done with a lot of thought about the experience, amazing breakfast beach and gym. Loved the place

Just an absolute tropical dream. The hotel is very beautiful and feels very relaxed to be in. The spaces are thoughtful and there are lots of places to lounge and relax so you feel like you are on a private retreat even with other guests. Our favourite part was the loungers under big beautiful native trees on the beach. They are tucked under trees but right on the water so you can swim in the ocean and then lay in the shade and drink mango juice 👌 their spot on the beach is also more peaceful and secluded than some of the other resorts. The staff were very generous and kind! We are vegan and their chef catered easily for us. They also just made the most heavenly dishes - their buffets (breakfast and dinner) are 10/10 the food was so good. We can't rate it high enough - it was a surprise favourite stop for us on our trip! Very peaceful and just what we needed.

The Sunny weather and sandy beach was a perfect location for our stay ! We prefer privacy for our stay and which we found at Giman Free Beach Resort. Great staff and free wi fi, great sea food straight from the local fisher folk from the daily catch !! We were told there is traditional Ayurveda treatment at the Resort by our friendly UK guest at the Resort but we did not have time to experience same. We will be back next year !!
