We didn't have breakfast as we had an early flight out of Tokyo. Our room, the bedding and bathroom facilities were excellent and perfect for our needs.The walk to Terminal 3 was without anxiety as the route was well marked and not far from the hotel.

There is an on-site drinks vending machine. We have visited 3 times and it always is a wonderful treat. Great baths, great breakfast, lovely room. Warm recommendation for couples.

The room is very classic since the hotel is quite years. However, the lobby area was quite crowned as a lot of locals and hotel guests visited a lot during the day

The breakfast buffet and the staff escorting and carrying our luggage to the exact place on the platform where we boarded our Shinkansen car. We did not request this service it was just offered. Service was wonderful.

Room is quite big when compare other hotel in Tokyo especially Ginza. Location is good although it is not in the center of Ginza. Many restaurant and shopping nearby.

Comfortable, excellent view of the river, great location close to the train station, amazing onsen facilities (tattoo-friendly) and the cherry on the top was the private onsen on our room. Lots of attention on the details. We were super satisfied with it all.

Rooms feature bathtubs with natural hot-spring water. Grand hotel with amazing service and attention to detail. Loved everything about it.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. We stayed here one night and it was the best decision ever. While it is expensive, it is worth every yen, the rooms were beautiful, service impeccable, free amenities, free private sauna, and traditional breakfast brought straight to your room. It was perfect for a night after a hike down from Mitsumine shrine in the rain and thunder. HIGHLY recommend!! Thanks a lot
