Onyado Nono Matsumoto Natural Hot Spring ofrece habitaciones en Matsumoto, cerca de Estación Matsumoto y de Matsumoto Castle. La atención y amabilidad del personal es excelente. Las instalaciones se encuentran en perfecto estado. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente. Cerca de la estación de Matsumoto y a unos 15-20 minutos a pie del castillo. Tiene aguas termales (onsen) disponible para hombres y mujeres (por separado). Las instalaciones del onsen son muy buenas, tienen un amplio rango de horario para acceder (se pude ingresar durante la noche) y hay helado para refrescarse. Sirven fideos soba durante la noche sin consto adicional. El desayuno es tradicional y bien servido.

By far the best, location is amazing, rooms overlooking Fuji are amazing, extremely spacious rooms. The dinner and breakfast services were outstanding, we got the French menu for dinner and it was a luxury meal by all means. Staff are super friendly and welcoming

The location couldn't have been better! Located close to Osu Shopping Street, with many eateries nearby. Plus, the Osu Kannon Station on the metro subway was just a 10-minute walk away, making travel around Nagoya super easy. There’s even a minimart near the station, which was perfect for grabbing quick snacks and essentials. Additionally, we loved the cute board on the wall in the room that provided information about interesting places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us discover some hidden gems in the area! What truly elevated our experience was the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions. From the moment we arrived the hotel took our breath away even before we saw our room. I booked this hotel for my brother's birthday and the staff made this honestly a stay to remember. We used the bikes and went on a bike ride and we had an onsen in our room which was great as my brother has tattoos. The view from our room was beautiful! On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!

Classic charming pension with the most friendly owners! The private onsen across the street is incredible, I had it to myself every night, and there is an option for breakfast. The room was perfect for two of us, and Papa was so kind to drive us to and from the Myokokogen station and the mountains, and also on some errands which was so kind. It feels like you are stepping into a place that can’t be created, a piece of personality.
